Repairs & Refurbishment

SML can offer clients a one stop shop to clients to assist in the smooth running of projects

We employ joiners and multi trade operatives who can undertake pre paint repairs and minor refurbishment works working alongside our painting teams .

Our operatives are CSCS cerfified with NVQ qualification in the relevant trades, to provide clients with the feeling of security our staff will be in liveried uniforms with DRB clearance and are able to work quietly and efficiently causing the minimum amount of disruption to normal daily routines .

Works undertaken generally consists of pre paint repairs on external decorations , void property refurbishment , general property maintenance .

SML are also able to undertake works as the Principal Contractor and manage other trades where decorating is the main part of the works.
