Experienced painting contractor manager required for our North West office

Must have experience of managing work force on all aspects of Painting works with good commercial awareness and management of Health and Safety .

Business development manager

BDM required to develop new work opportunities and maintain existing client relationships ,

Role will require good links to housing associations , local authorities and end user clients .

Part time role initially but with full time potential as role develops

Foremen painters required in following locations: Preston, Liverpool, Manchester

Must have cscs ,experience in new build an advantage

Good all round commercial awareness and complying with health and safety requirements essential
